Blue Larimar – Larimar is commonly believed to be a calming stone, offering many incredible healing powers. It is considered by some to aid in communication and is associated with the crown, heart, third eye and throat chakras. Many alternative and holistic healers use larimar for a variety of physical, emotional and spiritual healing practices. Larimar promotes relaxation in the wearer and can be used as a worry stone. Worry stones are smooth, polished gemstones typically in the shape of an oval which, when gently rubbed between the thumb and pointer finger, are said to create a soothing phenomenon.

Black Onyx – Black Onyx enhances clear focus, amplifies your intentions, Promotes Divine order, encourages sensibility and clear thinking, enhances protection and shields you from negative energies, assists with grounding, and allows you to face your shadow side with courage and learn important lessons so that old patterns and traumas can be released.

How to use a mala: Hold your mala with one hand. Let it drape across your fingers so you can move it easily. Place two fingers around one of the beads next to the guru bead. Many people use their thumb and middle finger, as some religious traditions avoid using the index finger. Choose a mantra or chant of something you are trying to accomplish. Complete one full breath (inhale and exhale) While saying your mantra. Move your fingers to the next bead, breathing in and out and chanting your mantra once per bead.
Finish at the guru bead to complete 108 breaths. If you want to do another round, just move your fingers in the opposite direction until you reach the guru bead again.
